RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Greatest Pleasure.

If you wish to return an item to us you can within 28 days of receipt.
The product must be unopened, unused, or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. 

For lingerie and hosiery the items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Packaging and seals need to be intact for toys and accessories.

There are a few things we will not be able to accept as a return. 

Any sex toy where the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal removed or broken, unless the item has been returned to us and on inspection is found to be damaged or faulty and is still within warranty;

Lingerie, and hosiery which has been worn, or tags or labels have been damaged or removed;

If an item has been purchased as part of a promotion you will need to return all you promotional items, or pay for any outstanding items. 

If you wish to keep an item that was received free the cost of it can be deducted from your refund.
